Composition (powder soluble in water)
Each 100 gm contains:
81m erythromycin thiocyanate.
( Equivalent to 75 gm erythromycin base)
Properties:
A broad-spectrum macrolide antibiotic used to treat cases allergic to erythromycin.
Bacteriostatic & Bactericidal works according to its concentration.
It works by combining with Ribosomal 50, preventing peptide bond formation.
Indications:
For the treatment of respiratory diseases because of microbes -ve .
Prevention and treatment of mycoplasma and bird flu.
For the treatment of +ve aerobic and anaerobic diseases (clostridia, staph, strept.).
It is used as an anti-stress agent (After immunization, transportation, beak clipping..,).
For animals, it is used to treat Enteritis and Metritis.
Dose:
Add on water:
For birds - 40 g / 1000 kg live weight for 3-5 days (4 gm / 10 liters of water).
For calves and lambs : 1 gm / 20 kg of body weight for 7-10 days.
Add to feed:
For birds -100 gm / 5 tons of feed for 7-10 years.
